Before You Begin
I'd like to personally welcome you and share what I believe to be the most helpful information for anyone creating or updating an estate plan.
In the welcome video below, we'll discuss what estate planning is really about, what you probably need, how our process works, and whether Qualls Law Firm is likely to be the best fit for you.
📜 The video provides a concise overview of material that would typically take 90 minutes or more to cover in a seminar or webinar. Whether you’re just getting started or simply looking for a better way to approach estate planning, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of the process, the decisions that matter most, and how to move forward with confidence. Although it's designed to be watched in one sitting, feel free to pause and return as needed.

Your Roadmap to Completion
Our process is designed to make estate planning as straightforward, educational, and hassle-free as possible.
1. Complete Your Guided Planning Interview
Our online interview walks you through the same topics and decisions we would normally discuss during an in-office planning meeting. Throughout the interview, we explain concepts and options in Plain English so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
2. Receive Your Personalized Planning Recommendation
Brian Qualls personally reviews every completed interview and delivers a custom, Personalized Planning Recommendation. It includes a proposal with his advice, answers to any questions you submitted, and complete details on the attorney fees and costs to implement your plan.
3. Decide What Happens Next
Many clients feel comfortable moving forward based on the recommendation provided.
Others prefer to schedule a 30-minute Planning Review Call (by phone or Zoom) before deciding whether to move forward.
Either approach is completely appropriate. Our goal is simply to make sure we're both confident that working together is the right fit.
