"Whenever I got on a plane or did something adventurous the thought of unplanned mishaps bothered more often then I imagined. I finally went online and searched for a nearby attorney. This brought me to a few lawyers and I browsed their websites. I requested a few appointments online and Brian emailed not long after to set up a consultation meeting two days later. I met with Brian and he was very professional. The first question he asked me, besides how I was doing, was "my reason for starting a living trust and what I was looking to accomplish". I told him everything I had in mind, he wrote down every detail and was EXTREMELY engaged. "My experience working with Brian Qualls on our two trusts was outstanding. (Note: This conclusion is based on previous experiences, as the primary trustee of five Missouri trusts, during which I worked with several different attorneys).

My own trust was a bit involved so it was important to use an experienced California specialist who could produce a personalized trust that would avoid subtle but expensive problems later. Such expertise can get very expensive by the hour in the SF Bay area but Brian charged a reasonable fixed price so I knew up front exactly how much it would cost. Although he does come to San Mateo CA we interacted mainly by email and phone which saved me time as well.
